Private Sessions
I offer 1:1 and small group private sessions in the studio at Peak Performance Health & Wellness Centre on Whetstone High Street.

In your first session we will go through the basics of Pilates, learning an awareness of posture, breathing, centring and alignment and you will have the opportunity to discuss any specific issues or problem areas. If you decide to have more private sessions, I will create a tailored program designed especially for you and your needs. ​This is a great way to accelerate your Pilates skills and achieve your goals.
