Join a class!

​​Our classes are for everyone, whether this is your first time trying Pilates or you've been doing it for years! All fitness levels are welcome and exercises can be adapted to suit your level.​
​
Classes typically start with bringing an awareness to our breathing and alignment followed by a series of warm up exercises. We will then work towards the more challenging classical style exercises before winding back down to our close, where we once again bring an awareness to our breath and releasing any tension in the body.
You will be working every muscle group, moving every joint and all exercises incorporate core strength.

Classes take place at Brookside Methodist Church, 2 Cat Hill, London, East Barnet EN4 8JB.
​
Private sessions can be arranged at your home or at Peak Performance, 1268a High Road, Whetstone, N20 9HH.
