My Pilates journey began after my second pregnancy, when a physiotherapist recommended Pilates to help me rebuild my core strength and ease my lower back pain. I found a wonderful local teacher, fell in love with Pilates and quickly discovered how much stronger and better I felt in both body and mind.
I qualified as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in 2023 and have since gained experience working with clients with a range of different needs, including back pain, sciatica, osteoarthritis, hypermobility, shoulder issues and post-operative recovery. I’m also a qualified Back4Good Low Back Pain Practitioner.
My approach is friendly, relaxed and focused on helping you understand your body, move well and build strength with confidence. I’m passionate about continuing to learn and develop my knowledge so I can give my clients the best possible support.
I’d love to welcome you to one of my classes or sessions and help you discover the benefits of Pilates for yourself.

Aimee is really lovely, calm and approachable. She has an amazing teach style and provides various options for each movement depending on your ability. I have noticed a difference in only a few sessions. Looking forward to continuing my pilates journey with Aimee and getting even stronger.

Pilates has always been a bit hit and miss for me but have really enjoyed Aimee’s classes. She takes time to explain movements, tailoring them to everyone’s needs and abilities, which I found really encouraging in the beginning and now push myself to do the more challenging moves. I have really started to notice a difference, especially in my flexibility and balance. A great tonic after sitting in front of a computer all day.
